Job Summary
We're looking for a marketer who can own real parts of our strategy and roll up their sleeves to execute.
This isn't a "make it pretty" role. You'll be driving traffic, generating leads, and building pipeline. You should be just as comfortable in a strategy doc as you are in a campaign dashboard — and equally dangerous in both.
You're probably the right fit if you thrive when the playbook is still being written, get a little too excited about testing unconventional ideas, and know the difference between "I've got this" and "let's bring in reinforcements." We like people who know the difference.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Ownership
- Own and execute key portions of the marketing strategy aligned to business growth goals
- Identify opportunities to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on impact
Campaigns & Demand Generation
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Manage lead generation efforts across digital channels
- Continuously test and refine messaging, targeting, and conversion strategies
Content & Social Media
- Develop and execute content strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, etc.)
- Create and/or oversee production of high-quality content (written, visual, video)
- Experiment with creative and “guerilla” marketing tactics to build brand awareness and engagement
Website & SEO
- Manage and optimize website content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)
- Execute SEO strategies using tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Improve conversion rates through A/B testing and performance optimization
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and report on key marketing metrics (traffic, leads, conversion rates, ROI)
- Use data to inform decisions and continuously improve performance
- Run A/B tests and iterate quickly based on results
Sales Enablement & Revenue Support
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials — one-pagers, case studies, capability decks, and proposal templates — that help close service deals
- Partner with sales and customer success team to align messaging across the full funnel, from awareness to signed contract
Tools & Systems
- Utilize marketing tools such as Canva, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, CapCut, Riverside, etc.
- Implement and improve marketing automation workflows (e.g., Zapier, ActiveCampaign)
- Support campaign tracking and reporting infrastructure
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, with a track record of contributing to campaigns or initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, or leads
- Strong understanding of core marketing channels (content, social, digital campaigns, etc.)
- Experience working with or learning tools such as CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow), SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and social media platforms
- Ability to execute—comfortable getting into the details and moving work forward independently
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and improve performance
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- ~4–6 years of marketing experience (6–8 for senior-level candidates)
- Experience in B2B and/or SaaS environments
- Hands-on experience with: SEO and content optimization; social media management (LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit); and campaign management and A/B testing
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, CapCut, Riverside, etc.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Zapier, ActiveCampaign)
- Experience working closely with a sales or BD function
- Experience with trade shows or events
- Experience creating memes and gifs are big plus
- Existing personal brand or content presence (especially on LinkedIn)
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
