Marketing Manager – F&B

Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager – F&B is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase sales for F&B outlets, products, or services. The role requires a strong understanding of the F&B industry, consumer trends, and competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies specifically for F&B products, outlets, and promotions.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and in-store channels.
  • Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the F&B sector.
  • Collaborate with operations and sales teams to create promotional offers, events, and campaigns that drive footfall and revenue.
  • Oversee branding, messaging, and communication to ensure consistency across all F&B platforms.
  • Manage social media accounts, content creation, influencer collaborations, and public relations activities.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize marketing strategies to improve ROI.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, coordinating with external agencies or vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience in the F&B industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B marketing trends, customer preferences, and industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design innovative campaigns that resonate with F&B consumers.
