Marketing Manager (Fiber Cement board)

Job Summary

Cemtone (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager – Cement Board to develop and execute marketing strategies to promote cement board products, increase market share, and strengthen brand presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction materials, building products, or manufacturing industry and strong knowledge of B2B marketing and dealer networks.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement marketing strategies for cement board products

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis

· Identify new market opportunities and business segments

· Plan annual marketing budgets and monitor ROI

· Build and strengthen brand positioning in the construction materials market

· Develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and branding initiatives

· Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels

· Prepare product brochures, presentations, and technical materials

· Coordinate with technical and production teams

· Work closely with sales team to generate leads and support business development

· Develop dealer and distributor engagement programs

· Organize customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations

· Develop relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and builders

· Identify and expand dealer/distributor network

· Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events, and seminars

· Manage digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Website, Google, etc.)

· Oversee social media and online presence

· Plan promotional campaigns and product awareness initiatives

· Monitor sales performance and marketing KPIs

· Prepare monthly marketing reports

· Track competitor activities and market trends

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)

· 5–10 years of marketing experience (Preferably in Cement, Cement Board, Building Materials, or Manufacturing Industry)

· Strong understanding of B2B and industrial marketing

· Experience managing dealer networks and construction sector clients
