Job Title: Marketing Officer - Inquiries
Job Summary:
We're looking for a skilled Marketing Officer to join our team and handle inquiries from prospective students, current students, and other stakeholders. You'll provide exceptional service and support via phone and email, while promoting our university's programs and services.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about university programs, services, and policies
- Assist with student enrollment and registration processes
- Resolve student complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university programs, services, and policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve student issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and customer service software
- Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or master degree in relevant field
- Knowledge of student services and university policies
- Certification in customer service or a related field
