Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a part-time Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Cook clinic. The Marketing Specialist position supports internal and external communication needs of the organization including marketing, promotion, branding, recruiting, and strategic communications. This position will be 24-32 hours per week during core business hours of Mon-Fri, 7:30am-5:00pm.

Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

Coordinate public relations strategies and key messages with leadership to promote organizational initiatives and accomplishments
Collaborate with leadership and staff to fulfill marketing requests
Create and ensure consistent messaging and brand identity for patients
Manage placement of advertising across social media, print, radio, billboards, direct mail and other selected advertising mediums
Communicate with administrative team in the design and development of marketing materials, meeting appropriate deadlines
Track and document advertisement contacts, current ads, messaging, budget, contracts and timelines
Design, update, and maintain standardized templates for letters, forms and signage that align with SRHS branding and language, providing support to staff in their use and implementation as needed
Create and update patient-facing paper or electronic forms and signage, ensuring compliance with SRHS branding and regulatory requirements including state, federal, FTCA and HRSA regulatory requirements

Formal degree or demonstrated experience in marketing, business administration, communications, public relations, graphic design or related field
Experience creating content and managing platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, and print collateral
Basic understanding of brand standards and ability to apply them consistently across materials
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively
Self-starter

We currently serve an 8,300 square mile area with seven medical clinics and four dental clinics.
