Marketing Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our Wealth Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive business visibility, engagement, and lead generation, along with providing excellent administrative support. This role requires a blend of creative thinking and digital skills to effectively communicate our message across various channels. This position is long-term, and has plenty of room for growth.

Responsibilities

• Designing engaging brochures and PDF flyers with graphic design programs.
• Create compelling content for various platforms including company website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
• Planning company events and advertising them through the business's platforms.
• Working alongside business owner and team to create a unified vision for the marketing materials.
• Editing videos and turning them into marketable shorts.
• Oversee social media marketing efforts to increase engagement and grow our online community.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, email marketing and graphic design is also required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in knowledge of numerous social media platforms, along with managing a website.
• Excellent creative skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to target audiences.
• Familiarity with SEO techniques and tools to enhance online presence.
• Experience with editing videos in a proper software and turning them into shorts for social media advertising.
• Experience in email marketing strategies and execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 22 per week
