Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role will assist in campaign development, digit marketing efforts, content creation, and performance tracking to support overall company growth objectives. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Campaign Execution

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives to support sales goals and company growth.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and update website content
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
  • Support social media strategy, content scheduling, and engagement.
  • Assist with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, etc.).

Content Development

  • Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, blog posts, email content, etc.
  • Coordinate photography, video, and graphic design needs.
  • Develop compelling messaging tailored to target audiences.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports
  • Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, and digital ad metrics.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improvements opportunities.

Sales & Cross-Department Support

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional materials and sales enablement tools.
  • Support trade shows, events, and company promotions.
  • Maintain marketing asset library and CRM data integrity.
  • Cross train and provide backup for Sales Support as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field is helpful.
  • Equivalent education and experience will be considered.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and database.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
