Overview of the Role:

As we continue to expand our presence in the United States, we are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to support and execute across all marketing functions.

This is a hands-on role responsible for driving day-to-day marketing execution while working closely with senior leadership. The position offers broad exposure across digital, CRM, content, partnerships, and PR, with clear potential for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital & SEO Management

  • Manage relationships with digital and SEO agencies
  • Oversee paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing, including targeting and budgets
  • Coordinate SEO strategy, content planning, and site optimization
  • Upload and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and performance
  • Maintain internal linking and overall site hygiene

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance across digital campaigns, website, email, and lead generation
  • Maintain clear dashboards for leadership review
  • Monitor campaign ROI, lead sources, and engagement metrics
  • Partner with finance on budget tracking and reporting

CRM & Lead Management

  • Support Salesforce data integrity, tagging, and lead routing
  • Manage lead capture forms and ensure proper functionality
  • Oversee email marketing execution, segmentation, and calendar management
  • Analyze lead performance to inform targeting and strategy
  • Support sales team reporting and pipeline visibility

Marketing Operations & Content

  • Develop and execute marketing and sales email campaigns
  • Create and manage marketing assets including decks, brochures, and digital materials
  • Maintain content calendars and track project timelines
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Coordinate with global teams and external vendors

Partnerships & Events

  • Support sponsorships, partnerships, and brand initiatives
  • Assist in execution of events that drive sales, brand awareness, and member engagement
  • Coordinate with key external partners and organizations
  • Manage external vendors, designers, and production partners

PR & Leadership Support

  • Manage day-to-day relationship with PR agency
  • Coordinate press opportunities, responses, and briefing materials
  • Support CEO on media, partnerships, and external visibility initiatives
  • Assist in preparing materials for press, speaking engagements, and key meetings
  • Track PR performance and media coverage

Qualifications:

  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Sitecore, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of SEO, paid media, and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute independently
  • Experience in luxury, hospitality, or premium consumer brands preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
