Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Location: [Hinesville, GA] Employment Type: Full-Time


Job Summary: We are seeking a self-driven, highly organized Marketing & Growth Coordinator to own and execute marketing initiatives across our Residential and Commercial real estate companies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives with autonomy, takes initiative, and can translate high-level vision into consistent execution without constant oversight.


This is an execution-first role — you will be responsible for managing campaigns, calendars, and systems while ensuring both brands are represented clearly and professionally. This is not a remote position.


Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite
  • Working knowledge of Google Tools (Google Business Profile, Google Drive, basic analytics)
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and marketing software
  • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in video content

Marketing Coordinator Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills (Able to prioritize work without constant direction)
  • Self-starter who identifies next steps without being told
  • Comfortable making decisions within defined guidelines
  • Understands deadlines and owns outcomes

Work Location: In person


Compensation:

$16 - $19 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand
  • Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information
  • Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies
  • Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization
  • Regularly update social media and respond to followers
  • Residential Marketing (Primary Focus)
  • Execute residential listing and team marketing campaigns
  • Schedule and manage social media content
  • Coordinate email and digital campaigns
  • Manage marketing calendars and deadlines
  • Support lead generation and follow-up campaigns through marketing systems

Commercial Marketing (Secondary Focus)

  • Execute scheduled commercial marketing initiatives
  • Format and distribute market updates, deal announcements, and case studies
  • Maintain a consistent professional brand presence (LinkedIn-focused)
  • Repurpose long-form content into reusable assets

Marketing Operations

  • Maintain marketing systems, templates, and workflows
  • Track campaign execution and basic performance metrics
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely delivery
  • Document processes and improve efficiency where possible
  • Some Saturdays and evenings are required for events

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field
  • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity
  • Advanced knowledge of current market trends
  • Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
