We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, increasing brand awareness, and supporting business growth through digital and traditional marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company services
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns (cold outreach, follow-ups, newsletters)
- Handle social media platforms and create engaging content
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences
- Generate and manage leads through various channels
- Coordinate with sales and call center teams for campaign alignment
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CTR, conversion rates, ROI)
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems
- Assist in branding, promotional materials, and website content updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Gmail tools, GMass, Apollo, etc.)
- Familiarity with social media marketing and lead generation strategies
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing or construction/estimation industry
