Marketing Specialist (Google and Meta ADS )

We are seeking an experienced Google and Meta Ad Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. You will be responsible for developing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads through effective ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize ad performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad copy and visuals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising.
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI on ad spend.
• Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with Google Ads and Meta advertising.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
