We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns for B2B lead generation.

What You'll Do

• Create, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns.
• Generate qualified B2B leads through strategic campaign planning.
• Build and optimize custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
• Perform A/B testing to enhance ad performance and conversion rates.
• Manage advertising budgets while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
• Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising tools, features, and best practices.

Preferred Background

Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:
