About The Role
We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Strategist who can own our marketing presence end-to-end—planning strategy, creating content, and managing social media channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate is a combination of strategist and hands-on creator.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals

Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities

Plan campaigns that support lead generation, product launches, and thought leadership

Manage and grow all social media channels

Create monthly content calendars, schedule posts, and monitor engagement

Produce engaging content: posts, infographics, short videos/reels, case studies, blogs, and email newsletters

Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and resonates with professional audiences

Coordinate with designers or freelancers when specialized graphics or video edits are required
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

2-4 years of hands-on experience in marketing, social media management, and content creation

Strong grasp of LinkedIn marketing and other professional platforms

Proficiency in design and editing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
