Shaadi.org.pk is expanding its professional team and is looking for Matchmaking who are passionate about helping individuals and families find the right match.

Job Responsibilities:

• Counsel and guide clients (individuals & families) regarding marriage and relationship matters
• Understand client preferences and suggest suitable matches
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings between potential matches
• Follow up with leads and maintain long-term client relationships
• Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct
• Assist in converting inquiries into paid memberships
• Maintain proper records and client profiles

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of Pakistani family, cultural, and Islamic values
• Prior experience in counseling, matchmaking, sales, or client handling is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive discussions with maturity and discretion
• Confident, well-groomed, and presentable personality
• Basic computer and CRM/WhatsApp handling skills

Office Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM (Full Time)
