Maximo Coordinator / Asset Management Support

Purpose of the Role
To operate and maintain the IBM Maximo system for Ashghal, ensuring effective management of assets, work orders, maintenance activities, and inventory related to infrastructure and facilities projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage work orders, asset records, and inventory within the Maximo system.
  • Generate reports and ensure data accuracy and proper system updates.
  • Provide user support and troubleshoot system-related issues.
  • Coordinate with project teams to support maintenance and infrastructure operations.
  • Handle document control and records management related to maintenance activities.

Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Experience working with IBM Maximo or similar asset/maintenance management systems.
  • Experience in Roads and Signages maintenance projects will be an advantage.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Maximo system operations and reporting.
  • Basic IT troubleshooting and system support knowledge.
  • Good data management and documentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
