Samer Hasan & Partners CPAs is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the audit, tax, and advisory teams. This role is responsible for managing client communications, coordinating engagement documentation, and supporting the workflow of client projects. The position reports to the Operations Manager or Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding engagement letters, document requests, and general inquiries.
- Prepare, review, and distribute client correspondence, including engagement letters, invoices, and reports.
- Coordinate the collection and organization of client documents required for audit, tax, and advisory engagements.
- Maintain and update client records and engagement files in the firm's document management and practice management systems.
- Assist in onboarding new clients by gathering required information and setting up client profiles in internal systems.
- Monitor engagement deadlines and follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Support partners and engagement teams with scheduling meetings, appointments, and client communications.
- Assist with billing processes, including preparing invoices and following up on outstanding payments as directed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and firm information in accordance with professional standards and firm policies.
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or client support role, preferably within a public accounting firm, professional services, or financial services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with document management or practice management software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is required.
- Professional demeanor with a client-focused, problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with audit, tax, or accounting terminology is an advantage.
