We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Business Development Executive (BDE) Who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding long-term client relationships, while ensuring that the division is positioned as a trusted partner for reliability and safety.
Business Development & Expansion
- Conduct market research to track upcoming projects, industry trends, shutdowns, tenders, and framework agreements.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across power plants, petrochemical, oil & amp; gas, EPC, Manufacturer and industrial sectors.
- Promote company’s capabilities, AMCs, and specialized services to target industries.
- Develop a pipeline of potential clients and maintain updated opportunity tracking reports.
- Proactively identify and qualify potential business opportunities, generating key leads for effective follow-up and conversion
Technical & Product Knowledge
- Understand valve types, failure modes, inspection methods, and maintenance procedures.
- Stay updated on API, ASME, ANSI, and ISO standards relevant to valves, boilers and safety systems.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering (preferred) OR strong technical sales background in industrial equipment/valves.
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, preferably in valves, Static, boilers, HVAC, rotating equipment, or industrial maintenance services.
- Strong understanding of Industrial clients in UAE/GCC – oil & gas, power generation, utilities, EPCs, and process industries and OEM's
- Demonstrated success in tendering, contract negotiation, and sales closures.
- Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and technical documentation.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Industry Knowledge: Adequate understanding of industrial valves, boilers, instrumentation, HVAC and related maintenance services.
- Sales & Business Development Skills: Proven ability to acquire new clients, grow accounts, and achieve revenue targets.
- Networking Ability: Develop strong contacts within power generation, oil & gas, utilities, and heavy industries in UAE/GCC.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into technical proposals with support from the engineering team.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and contract negotiation skills.
- Proactive & Self-Driven: Strong initiative to chase new opportunities, work independently, and deliver measurable results.
