Mechanical Estimation Engineer

Position: Mech - Estimation Engineer

• Proven experience in Mechanical Estimation for Oil & Gas (EPC/EPIC projects)

• Strong exposure to process plant equipment, static & rotating equipment

• Hands-on experience in piping, pipelines, valves, fittings, and bulk MTO take-offs

• Familiarity with brownfield and greenfield projects, tie-ins, shutdown works, and constructability considerations

• Ability to interpret P&IDs, Isometrics, GA drawings, Plot Plans, and Specifications

• Experience in preparing detailed cost breakdowns, BOQs, resource loading, subcontractor evaluation, and technical/commercial clarifications

• Demonstrated involvement in construction execution projects (not only design or manufacturing), including site-based estimation inputs and constructability understanding

• Working knowledge of QatarEnergy / QatarEnergy LNG / major GCC operator standards will be an added advantage

• Competence in preparing tender technical write-ups and estimation risk assessments
