Mechanical Estimation Engineer

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 Years working experience in MEP field only
• Review and study of complete tender documents, such as specification, drawings and bill of quantities
• Knowledge of Technical and Design of Mechanical services to understand the project design
• Update the Estimation Manager with missing documents/ specifications/drawings if any, and raising queries for the consultants or clients.
• Set a time frame for quantity take off and make sure that the time frame is met
• Prepare and float enquiries and follow up for quotations from suppliers.
• Review and compare the quotations as per tender requirements.
• Prepare the estimation using company provided software for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Gas, Medical Gas, Compressed Air, Pneumatic Tube System,..etc
• Generate the BOQ as per the client requirements.
• Familiar of all UAE regulations not limited to ’’UAE Fire & Life Safety Code, ADDC, ADSSC, Estidama,..etc’’

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
