Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Media Planner Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing media plans across digital, print, broadcast, and social platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive creative briefs for all digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Develop and implement effective media plans in alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, media trends, and competitive strategies.
- Negotiate and liaise with media vendors, agencies, and platforms to secure cost-effective placements.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure KPIs are achieved.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, marketing) to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Manage media budgets efficiently and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and evolving consumer behaviors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with focus on creative strategy and performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of media planning tools, analytics, and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic tools).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make informed decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
- Understanding of Pakistani market dynamics and cultural nuances
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
