vResponsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications
  • Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs
  • Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment platforms to advertise job openings
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry roles and requirements
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
  • Certified Professional Recruiter (CPR) or similar certification
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proven track record of successful candidate placements
  • Ability to travel as needed for job fairs, networking events, and client meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
