vResponsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications
- Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs
- Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment platforms to advertise job openings
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry roles and requirements
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
- Certified Professional Recruiter (CPR) or similar certification
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements
- Ability to travel as needed for job fairs, networking events, and client meetings
