Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions within the Facility Management and Engineering Services industry. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and recruitment coordination skills with hands-on experience using recruitment portals and ERP systems. The role requires close coordination with department heads, recruitment agencies, and HR teams to ensure timely and quality hiring.


Mandatory Requirements & Qualification :

  • Experience:
  • Minimum 6–7 years of core recruitment experience in Facility Management, Maintenance, Engineering, or Facility Services industries
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri Gulf, Naukri India, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
  • Experience using ERP systems and HR recruitment modules
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications


  • Mandatory Criteria:
  • Experience recruiting both technical and non-technical positions
  • Proven experience dealing with Arab Management and recruiting Arab candidates
  • Strong experience managing recruitment agencies and stakeholders
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support
  • Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and candidate profiles
  • Review and update job descriptions to ensure role clarity and market alignment
  • Publish job advertisements across appropriate recruitment platforms and channels
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and monitor candidate quality and agency performance
  • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview scheduling
  • Collect interview feedback and support hiring managers in final selection processes
  • Coordinate offer management, candidate communication, and onboarding handover
  • Maintain recruitment reports, KPI tracking, and recruitment documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, procedures, and approval processes
