Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions within the Facility Management and Engineering Services industry. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and recruitment coordination skills with hands-on experience using recruitment portals and ERP systems. The role requires close coordination with department heads, recruitment agencies, and HR teams to ensure timely and quality hiring.

Minimum 6–7 years of core recruitment experience in Facility Management, Maintenance, Engineering, or Facility Services industries

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri Gulf, Naukri India, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
-
Experience using ERP systems and HR recruitment modules

Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support

Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and candidate profiles
-
Review and update job descriptions to ensure role clarity and market alignment

Publish job advertisements across appropriate recruitment platforms and channels
-
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and monitor candidate quality and agency performance
-
Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview scheduling
-
Collect interview feedback and support hiring managers in final selection processes
-
Coordinate offer management, candidate communication, and onboarding handover
-
Maintain recruitment reports, KPI tracking, and recruitment documentation
-
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies, procedures, and approval processes
