Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized MEP Coordinator to manage daily maintenance and small project operations for our MEP division. The candidate will coordinate technicians, schedules, materials, client communication, and ensure smooth execution of AMC and on-call maintenance works.
The role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding of MEP works, and the ability to manage multiple teams efficiently.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesOperations Coordination
- Prepare and manage daily schedules for MEP technician teams.
- Coordinate AMC, AC services, duct cleaning, and maintenance works.
- Assign jobs to technicians based on priority, location, and skill set.
- Ensure all works are executed as per company standards and timelines.
- Follow up with site engineers and technicians regarding work progress.
Team Management
- Coordinate with site engineers for manpower allocation and execution.
- Monitor technician attendance, productivity, and discipline.
- Ensure teams reach sites on time with required tools and materials.
- Support technicians with technical coordination when required.
Client Coordination
- Communicate with clients regarding appointments and work updates.
- Handle service requests and coordinate site visits.
- Follow up on pending approvals, quotations, and job completion confirmations.
- Maintain professional communication with clients at all times.
Material & Vehicle Coordination
- Monitor availability of essential tools, consumables, and spare parts.
- Coordinate vehicle stock requirements for all service teams.
- Ensure weekly checking and replenishment of vehicle inventory.
- Coordinate urgent material procurement when required.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily job tracking and scheduling records.
- Update CRM / FSM system with job status and technician reports.
- Prepare service reports, completion reports, and maintenance records.
- Track pending jobs and ensure timely closure.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure technicians follow safety procedures and company SOPs.
- Monitor quality of workmanship and client satisfaction.
- Escalate major technical or operational issues to management immediately.
- Ensure proper reporting of pre-existing site conditions before work execution.
Coordination with Other Departments
- Coordinate with sales and lead coordinators for new service requests.
- Coordinate with procurement for material requirements.
- Support accounts team with documentation related to invoicing and approvals.
Requirements
- Experience in MEP maintenance or facilities management coordination.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and maintenance works.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and schedules simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and FSM/CRM systems preferred.
- UAE experience preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
