MEP Estimator (Electrical)

We are seeking a skilled MEP Estimator with a strong electrical background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across various construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents for MEP works, with a focus on electrical systems.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and material take-offs.
• Analyze project scope to identify risks, gaps, and value engineering opportunities.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams.
• Support bid submissions, budgeting, and cost control activities.
• Maintain and update estimation databases and cost benchmarks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in MEP estimation.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and materials.
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel.
