Job Title: MEP & HVAC Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated MEP & HVAC Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, with a strong focus on HVAC design, installation, and maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for supporting project execution, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and coordinating with project teams to deliver high-quality MEP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and supervise HVAC systems including ventilation, air conditioning, and ducting layouts.
• Coordinate MEP works with architects, structural engineers, and contractors.
• Prepare HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, and technical documentation.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Monitor installation works on-site and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and MEP systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and HVAC issues during installation or operation.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure projects meet local regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP/HVAC engineering.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, chilled water systems, and ventilation design.
• Experience with AutoCAD and other MEP design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on commercial or residential building projects.
• Familiarity with HVAC load calculation software (e.g., HAP, Elite).
• Knowledge of project management and site supervision.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
