MEP Manager (Electrical & Mechanical)
Job Summary
Enaara Facilitation Services (Pvt.) Ltd. is building a Talent Pool for the position of MEP Manager (Electrical & Mechanical) to support upcoming organizational hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems in commercial facilities.
- Oversee substations, HT/LT electrical distribution systems, transformers, generators, switchgears, ATS, UPS, VFDs, busbars, PDBs, and LDBs.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of Motors, Pumps, HVAC systems, and electro-mechanical equipment.
- Monitor and optimize Building Management System (BMS) operations for HVAC, lighting, and energy efficiency.
- Review engineering drawings and supervise electrical and mechanical installations in accordance with project specifications.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), Material Issuing Requests (MIRs), technical evaluations, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, tenants, vendors, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely project execution.
- Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and maintenance personnel while monitoring daily work progress.
- Manage utility consumption and optimize peak/off-peak electrical loads to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, preventive maintenance schedules, and statutory requirements.
- Lead HSE initiatives including Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Toolbox Talks, and workplace safety inspections.
- Oversee fire protection systems, fire pumps, basic fire alarm systems, emergency preparedness, and incident investigations.
- Conduct technical and safety training programs to improve team competency and operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering (PEC Registered preferred).
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in MEP maintenance, facility management, commercial buildings, shopping malls, industrial plants, or oil & gas facilities.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of HT/LT systems, transformers, generators, UPS, switchgears, BMS, HVAC, VFDs, ATS, and electrical distribution systems.
- Experience managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs for MEP equipment.
- Sound understanding of HSE regulations, electrical safety standards, fire protection systems, and risk assessment.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, prepare technical reports, BOQs, and project documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, contractor management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance reporting systems.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs134,000.00 per month
