MEP Procurement Officer

The MEP Procurement is responsible for the procurement of materials, equipment, supplies and services required for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of a construction project.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify purchase requests from site projects and internal departments.
• Ensure descriptions, specifications, and quantities align with BOQ.
• Send inquiries to suppliers, evaluating stock availability, prices, quality, delivery times, and terms.
• Present procurement details to project sites or departments for approval.
• Collaborate with sites and storekeepers to monitor stock levels.
• Coordinate logistics for material collection, minimizing costs.
• Evaluate supplier performance, conduct interviews, and negotiate agreements.
• Update the Project Control sheet regularly to monitor purchases.
• Must Require knowledge for MEP Suppliers in UAE

Qualifications:

· Procurement or related role 3-5 years (MEP contracting company)

· Proficiency in procurement software.

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
