Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, experienced, and result-driven Merchandiser cum Driver to support our retail operations across major UAE outlets (ACE, Carrefour, Union Coop, etc.).

The ideal candidate must have minimum 3 years of UAE retail merchandising and sales experience, a valid UAE manual driving license, and the ability to join immediately.

This is a field-based role requiring daily store visits, sales coordination, stock monitoring, and in-store customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets regularly to maintain product visibility and brand standards
• Ensure proper shelf display, stock rotation, and pricing accuracy
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment orders with sales team
• Support sell-out by engaging with walk-in customers and promoting products
• Coordinate with store managers and procurement teams
• Secure optimal shelf space and promotional placements
• Monitor competitor activity and report market feedback
• Handle inventory documentation, returns, and delivery coordination
• Drive company vehicle responsibly for store visits and logistics support

Mandatory Requirements

✔ Minimum 3 years UAE experience in merchandising + sales support

✔ Valid UAE Manual Driving License (mandatory)

✔ Strong understanding of UAE retail operations

✔ Experience dealing with major retail chains

✔ Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

✔ Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

✔ Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs

✔ Available for immediate joining only
