About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven and creative Meta Ads & PPC Expert (Male) to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to boost traffic, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Perform A/B testing to optimize ad creatives and landing pages for maximum conversions
• Track, measure, and report daily campaign performance; adjust strategies for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce engaging ad visuals and copy
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting campaign performance and insights
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and PPC best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience managing Meta Ads and PPC campaigns
• Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
• Strong understanding of retargeting, lead generation, and conversion tracking
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data for actionable insights
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Shopify, WordPress, or other e-commerce platforms
• Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, or Figma
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (a plus)
