Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage high-performing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, competitive analysis, and bidding strategy development.
  • Create, test, and optimize compelling ad copy, visuals, and video assets to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, focusing on maximizing return on investment (ROI).
  • Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track conversions, analyze user behavior, and provide end-to-end customer journey insights.
  • Develop and present clear, concise performance reports and dashboards using tools.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment of paid media strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in performance marketing, platform algorithm changes, and privacy regulations.
