Role Overview:

As a Technical Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 at Capgemini Egypt, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing D365 solutions tailored to client needs. You will work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to ensure successful delivery of technical components across various D365 modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Finance & Operations, CRM, Power Platform).
• Customize and extend D365 using X++, C#, .NET, and Power Apps.
• Develop integrations using APIs, Azure services, and middleware platforms.
• Perform data migration and transformation using D365 Data Management Framework.
• Create and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and post-implementation.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CRM, or AX).
• Strong proficiency in X++, C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Experience with LCS (Lifecycle Services), Azure DevOps, and D365 environment management.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 are a plus.
