Job Description:
Decotechs is seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder who can manage and grow our presence on the Upwork platform. The candidate will be responsible for identifying project opportunities, writing effective proposals, and building long-term business relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Write tailored and persuasive project proposals on Upwork.
- Identify potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Negotiate project scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain Upwork profile activity and improve response rates.

Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder.
- Excellent proposal writing and client communication skills.
- Knowledge of web, app, and software development services.
- Strong sales mindset and ability to meet monthly goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
