Position Title: Molecular Sales & Application Specialist

Location: Islamabad, Karachi & Lahore

Global Clinical Cura (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for dedicated and technically skilled Molecular Sales & Application Specialists for multiple positions based in Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on knowledge of molecular laboratory techniques along with the ability to provide sales and application support for molecular diagnostic solutions across healthcare and laboratory sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and support molecular diagnostic products and solutions.
• Identify potential customers and business opportunities in hospitals, laboratories, and diagnostic centers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and application trainings for end users.
• Provide technical and application support to customers regarding molecular diagnostic workflows and instruments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and laboratory personnel.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely customer support and issue resolution.
• Stay updated on advancements and market trends in molecular diagnostics.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Travel between cities as per business requirements.

Required Technical Expertise:

Candidates must have practical knowledge and understanding of:

• RT-PCR
• Gel Electrophoresis
• General Molecular Laboratory Techniques
• FISH Technique (Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization)

Qualification & Experience:

• MPhil degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Clinical Laboratory Sciences, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales and application support (Molecular Diagnostics) will be preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
