Qualification: Business Graduates (BBA, MBA, B.Com, BS Economics, or equivalent)
Experience: 0-1 year (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Skills:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel
• Basic understanding of retail sales operations and customer relationship management
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales and business growth

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve retail sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels
• Support the retail sales team in executing sales strategies and promotional activities
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings to support decision-making
• Prepare sales reports, performance trackers, and dashboards using MS Excel
• Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making informed decisions
• Contribute to achieving team sales objectives and revenue goals
• Participate in structured training and development programs designed to prepare you for a future Branch Manager role
