HRCONSOL is hiring on behalf of a leading USA-based Software House for the position of Technical HR Recruiter. We are looking for a dynamic professional who understands the IT hiring landscape and can attract top technical talent.

Location: Karachi

Job Type: Hybrid (3 days from Office and 2 Days From Home)

Salary: Upto PKR 70,000

Timings: 5:45 PM To 2:15 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Post jobs on relevant job boards, universities, and professional platforms
• Source and attract candidates through databases, LinkedIn, and social media
• Screen resumes and job applications effectively
• Conduct interviews using reliable personnel selection tools and methods
• Assess candidates’ knowledge, technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure smooth employee integration
• Follow HR recruiting best practices and ensure timely candidate submission
• Prepare analytical and well-documented recruitment reports
• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Promote the company as a “Best Place to Work”
• Collaborate with peers to improve recruitment processes
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Atleast 1 year of experience in Technical Recruitment (preferably in the IT industry)
• Understanding of software development roles, IT infrastructure, and tech hiring
• Familiarity with programming languages, frameworks, and technical terminology
• Strong communication, sourcing, and interviewing skills
