The National Franchise Manager will be responsible for managing, supporting, and expanding our franchise network. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and business development skills to ensure the success of franchise partners and alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Franchise Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of all franchise partners to ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners to expand the company’s market presence.
- Training & Support: Provide operational training, guidance, and continuous support to all franchisees to improve business performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze franchise performance metrics, sales, and profitability, implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with franchise partners to enhance collaboration and satisfaction.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure franchises comply with regulatory requirements, brand standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Strategy Execution: Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic initiatives for network growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in franchise operations, preferably in the renewable energy, retail, or service industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and manage multi-location operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to support franchisees.
