Network Technician

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues for users, systems, and devices.
• Monitor network performance and escalate issues to senior engineers when required.
• Support LAN/WAN setup, cabling, and structured network layouts.
• Perform routine checks to ensure network security and data integrity.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and equipment inventory.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices related to networking.
• Assist in implementing upgrades, patches, and firmware updates.
• Collaborate with IT team to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
