NMS Developer - Zabbix

We are seeking a skilled and motivated NMS Developer (Zabbix) to join our Technology & Information Team. The role involves developing, configuring, and maintaining network monitoring systems to ensure optimal network performance and reliability. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Zabbix and a solid understanding of network infrastructure and protocols.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Hands-on experience with Zabbix (experience with Nagios or ICINGA will be an advantage).
• Solid understanding of network protocols and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration (highly preferred).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing network issues.
• Working knowledge of database technologies and querying.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and manage Zabbix and other network monitoring systems.
• Monitor and analyze network performance, ensuring timely detection and resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network monitoring systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system visibility and performance.
• Utilize database technologies and queries for network data reporting and analysis.
• Support and optimize network protocols and infrastructure (TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.).

Education:

• BS in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
