Noon eCommerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Executive to manage our Noon marketplace operations and drive sales. The ideal candidate will handle product listings, promotions, order management, and overall performance on Noon, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on Noon (titles, images, descriptions, prices)
• Monitor and process orders and returns efficiently
• Run promotions, deals, and marketing campaigns on Noon
• Track sales performance and report key metrics
• Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust listings and pricing
• Ensure accurate inventory updates in coordination with the warehouse
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues on the platform

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience managing Noon marketplace
• Strong understanding of Noon Seller Lab / Vendor Central
• Basic Excel skills for reporting and sales tracking
• Knowledge of eCommerce sales strategies and online marketing
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other marketplaces like Amazon or Shopify is a plus
• Ability to analyze sales data and suggest improvements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
