Nursing Co-Coordinator

1. Coordinate daily nursing staff schedules and duty rosters.

2. Supervise nursing activities to ensure quality patient care.

3. Act as a link between doctors, nurses, and management.

4. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

5. Monitor patient care standards and resolve issues promptly.

6. Maintain accurate nursing records and reports.

7. Support recruitment, training, and orientation of nurses.

8. Evaluate nursing performance and provide regular feedback.

9. Ensure proper use of medical equipment and supplies.

10. Handle patient and family queries professionally.

11. Manage emergency situations and escalate when required.

12. Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.

13. Coordinate with pharmacy and other hospital departments.

14. Maintain discipline and professional conduct among staff.

15. Assist in audits, inspections, and quality improvement activities.

16. Report incidents and prepare necessary documentation.

17. Ensure smooth shift handovers and continuity of care.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,500.00 per month
