Nursing Coordinator

• ## **Job Title: Nursing Coordinator**
• * **Gender:** Female only
• * **Location:** Tirunelveli (local staff only)
• * **Vehicle:** Two-wheeler is mandatory
• * **Qualification:** GNM / B.Sc Nursing preferred
• * **Experience:** Minimum 1–3 years in nursing or healthcare coordination (preferred)

• **Coordination & Supervision**
• * Coordinate daily nursing activities and duty schedules
• * Supervise nurses, caretakers, and field staff
• * Act as a link between management, doctors, nurses, and patients
• * Assign nurses to patients based on requirement and availability

• **Patient Care Management**
• * Ensure quality nursing care is delivered to patients
• * Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
• * Conduct home visits if required
• * Monitor patient progress and report issues to management

• **Staff Management**
• * Verify nurse attendance and duty compliance
• * Provide guidance, instructions, and on-job support to nurses
• * Assist in training and orientation of new nursing staff
• * Ensure nurses follow hospital/organization policies

• **Administrative Duties**
• * Maintain patient and staff records accurately
• * Prepare daily/weekly reports
• * Coordinate with billing and operations team
• * Ensure proper documentation is completed on time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
