Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Off-Plan Property Consultant to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the off-plan property segment, strong sales acumen, and the ability to guide clients through investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi’s growing real estate landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties to investors and end-users
• Provide expert advice on project features, payment plans, investment returns, and market trends
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, clients, and stakeholders
• Conduct presentations, property tours, and attend real estate exhibitions and events
• Negotiate terms and close deals with professionalism and integrity
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new project launches, pricing, and legal regulations
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through personalized service and follow-up

Qualifications

• Proven experience in off-plan property sales or real estate consulting
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and development pipeline
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
