Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Off-Plan Real Estate Sales Expert to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the off-plan property market, strong sales acumen, and the ability to guide clients through the investment process from initial inquiry to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from top UAE developers
• Advise clients on investment opportunities, payment plans, and project timelines
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers and investors
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours
• Stay informed on market trends, new launches, and regulatory updates
• Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to support sales efforts
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in off-plan real estate sales
• Strong knowledge of UAE property laws and developer offerings
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Russian, Chinese, or Arabic are an asset
• Professional appearance and client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• UAE driving license preferred
