Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Off‑Plan Residential Sales Agent to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the off‑plan market, excels at building client relationships, and can confidently guide investors and end‑users through the buying process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, events, and referrals
  • Present off‑plan projects to clients, highlighting key features, payment plans, and investment benefits
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective buyers
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s off‑plan developments, communities, and market trends
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Collaborate with developers, marketing teams, and admin staff to support the sales process
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company

Requirements

  • Proven experience in off‑plan or residential real estate sales (UAE experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and explain payment plans, ROI, and investment value
  • Professional appearance and a client‑focused mindset
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
