Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager - Offplan to lead, mentor, and grow our team of real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the Dubai property market, and the ability to inspire and drive performance in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and sales meetings.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and on-the-job training to enhance team productivity.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
  • Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and recommend new business strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and lead generation initiatives.

Client Relations

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
  • Support agents in closing high-value deals and negotiations.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Operations & Reporting

  • Track sales performance using CRM tools.
  • Prepare regular reports and present key insights to management.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales (Dubai market preferred).
  • Proven experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of off-plan and secondary market trends.
  • RERA certification (preferred or must be obtained after joining).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
