Office Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

The American Legion-Department of New York – Headquarters is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Troy office.

Primary Responsibility: General office work, receptionist, phones. Front desk responsibilities. Be able to communicate with members, employees, and others to answer questions, explain & disseminate info. Assist with office projects, events, and office activities. Requirements:

Proficient with Microsoft & Excel, and Outlook. Professional communication skills & demeanor, minimum 3 years office experience.

40 hours weekly - Mon-Fri.
