Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be good at using Microsoft Excel and handling emails efficiently. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update data using Microsoft Excel
  • Answer and respond to emails in a professional manner
  • Maintain office records and documents
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Support the team with general office coordination

Requirements:

  • Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage emails and follow up when required
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and Outlook
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
