We are currently seeking an office administrator / dispatcher for handling clerical support and dispatching in our office. Ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational skills and have a working knowledge of the Topeka area. You will be handling all incoming phone calls and other communications with customers, techs and vendors, as well as scheduling, managing files, and invoicing, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general administrative duties and errands. We offer Aflac, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and cell phone allowance after probationary period. Salary depends on experience.

Office Assistant Responsibilities/Requirements

Handling incoming calls and other communications

Scheduling jobs

Prepare tickets and work orders

Daily deposits

Ordering/Maintaining supplies and inventory

Scanning, Filing

Next day preparation/overview/organization

Dispatch for field service technicians – set appointments

Accounts receivable collections

Customer appointment scheduling

Ordering and tracking office supplies

Microsoft Office

Quickbooks

Excellent verbal and written communication required

High school diploma or GED

Previous office experience preferred

Ability to greet customers in a professional, courteous manner

Good verbal and written communication skills

Positive attitude

Self motivated and good people skills
