Office Administrator

Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Office Assistant based in Dubai to support daily office operations and ensure a smooth, organized, and professional work environment. This role is ideal for someone who is punctual, reliable, and takes ownership of maintaining office standards.

The Office Assistant will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness, supporting meetings, assisting management with day-to-day tasks, and ensuring the office runs efficiently at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises, workstations, and meeting rooms.

Manage pantry supplies, refreshments, and basic office inventory.

Assist in setting up meeting rooms before client meetings or internal discussions.

Handle office errands, courier coordination, and document handling.

Support management and team members with basic operational tasks when required.

Ensure office supplies are stocked and report shortages on time.

Assist during shoots or events if logistical support is required.

Maintain professional conduct and follow instructions from management.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in office support, housekeeping, or administrative assistance is preferred but not mandatory.

Basic communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus).

Physically fit and capable of handling routine office tasks.

Responsible, punctual, and respectful in behavior.

Willingness to work 6 days a week as per company schedule.

Must be currently based in Dubai.
