Office Administrator

We are seeking a motivated and friendly office admin and marketing executive with two years experiance to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers have an excellent experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for helping people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
• Record Keeping: Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Follow-up: Ensure follow-up with customers to confirm that their issues have been resolved and to provide additional assistance if needed.

Qualification

• Degree or Diploma
• Freshers can also apply
• Fluent in English and Hindi
